Rihanna is following doctors' orders and will not perform as planned at the Grammys Monday night. The singer is suffering from Bronchitis and straining her voice on stage could cause permanent damage, she was told.
Rihanna bypassed the red carpet as she arrived at the Staples Center Monday afternoon to rehearse and before deciding to cancel. She had been set to sing "Kiss Me Better." Let's hope she is better soon.
Her doctor put her on vocal rest for 48 hours "because she was at risk of hemorrhaging her vocal chords," Rihanna's rep said.
